Attaching Your Dumbbells

Begin by placing one dumbbell flat on the ground. Position the second dumbbell so it rests perpendicular, leaning securely against the first. Take one half of the Dumbbell Dual Grip™ and slide it onto one handle with the grip facing upward. Then align the second half on the opposite handle at a slight angle. Slide both halves inward along the handles until they meet and lock together. You should feel a secure connection, indicating the system is properly engaged and ready for lifting.

Using the Dumbbell Dual Grip™ for Bench Press

The Dumbbell Dual Grip™ enables you to safely increase your pressing load across flat, incline, and decline bench variations. Once assembled, grip the handle firmly and position yourself as you would for a standard dumbbell press.
